Need any help?

"Need any help?" is the call from the living room.  Yes I need help, so  much help.  I struggle everyday with balance and trying to get it all done.  I'm exhausted.  I never get enough sleep.  In the past two days I have worked 24 hours.  The bills need to be paid.  Eric's FAFSA has to be finished.  One job I have has three big presentations next month.  The other has constant classes and retreats that need to be planned and put together.  Then there is the everyday cooking, cleaning and laundry.  I noticed we are running low on milk so that has be added to the list.  

Yes I do need help.  But instead I call back to Joe "No thanks I have it covered".
