He Needs my Help

Garden build day six is at an end.   My entire body hurts.  The worst part is my lower back and the pain radiating down my left leg.   I made it home and only emptied the most necessary from my car.  

I sat on the couch and was posting to Facebook while watching Joe try to put on his sweatshirt.    He had it on backward with the hood in front.    He knew it was wrong and tried again to the same problem.    I put my phone down and went to him.  I told him I would help him.   I took his arms out of the sleeves and told him to just wait.   I spun the shirt around and helped him put his arms in. Then I leaned in and just hugged him.  

Every part of me hurts and he knows that on some level.   He didn’t want to bother me, but he needs my help.
