Bag Lady

I have a nickname at work “Bag Lady”. Every night I take home my laptop, the most important files I am currently working on and my notebook. That is bag one. Bag two is lunch, multiple cups of tea and anything I may need on any given day. Some days there are additional bags added to my crazy mix.

I do this for a reason. I have learned what you think you are doing tonight and tomorrow is not always what they turn out to be. So when mom called to tell me she was in the hospital and as I learned she would need time to recuperate, I knew not to worry. I have everything I need to keep working wherever I may be.
