Ant Patrol

I have been really tired recently. I think it’s just being crazy for so long and now my body just wants to catch up on sleep. I have been sleeping 10-12 hours on nights I don’t have to set an alarm.

I had one of those alarm free mornings recently, or thought I did. Instead Joe started poking me in the shoulder and calling my name. I jerked awake to have him tell me he just killed an ant in our bedroom. I wasn’t easy to tell him it was okay and I would look at things in a little but I wanted to sleep a little more.

He gave me more. He left me along for ten minutes before he was back and searching for ants.
